Terms of Service
Effective Date: 10/19/2026
1. OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bike Store Assist, governing your use of the website at https://www.bikestoreassist.com, and any related applications, platforms, or services (the “Site”). Bike Store Assist is an online platform connecting individuals (“Guests”) with third-party providers (“Hosts”). We do not host, manage, book, or facilitate any services or transactions related to the Hosts.
BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
2. OUR ROLE AS A DIRECTORY
Bike Store Assist is not a provider. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any Hosts listed on the Site. The contract for any service is between the Guest and the Host. Bike Store Assist is not a party to this contract and does not guarantee any services provided by Hosts.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your use of the Site is also governed by our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Bike Store Assist grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use—specifically to search for services, view related content, and submit reviews or other permitted content, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to collect, copy, scrape, or use any listings, descriptions, pricing, or other content for commercial purposes, nor does it allow you to reverse engineer or interfere with the Site’s functionality. You may not frame the Site or use any proprietary content, including logos, images, or layout, without our prior written consent. Similarly, you may not use any trademarks, service marks, or meta tags incorporating our name or branding without express authorization. Any unauthorized use will result in the immediate termination of your license and may subject you to legal consequences.
5. ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for limiting access to your device. You agree that you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. Bike Store Assist’s services are intended for users 18 years or older; if you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at our sole discretion.
6. SITE CONTENT AND ACCURACY
The information presented on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the reliability of the content, you acknowledge that any reliance on materials found on the Site is at your own risk. You should not use the Site’s content as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources.
The Site may include historical information, which is provided solely for reference and may not reflect current conditions. We reserve the right to modify or remove content on the Site at any time, but we are under no obligation to update any information. It is your responsibility to monitor the Site for changes.
Bike Store Assist does not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content related to services, or providers are accurate, complete, or error-free. If you believe that a Host or service is inaccurately described, your sole remedy is to address the matter with the third-party provider, subject to their terms and conditions.
7. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, including colors and design elements; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will render them correctly.
We reserve the right, without obligation, to limit the availability of our services or offerings to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All service descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any offering at any time. Any product or service made available on the Site is void where prohibited by law.
We make no guarantees that any product, service, or experience will meet your expectations, nor do we warrant that any errors on the Site will be corrected.
8. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS
a. General Payment Terms
If the Site enables the purchase of services, deposits, packages, or subscription-based offerings, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts incurred in connection with your purchase.
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise set forth in a separate written agreement executed by the parties. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and may be modified at any time prior to purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges.
We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment processor’s terms and privacy policy.
b. One-Time Service Payments
For one-time services, including project-based work or standalone deliverables, payment terms (including deposits, milestones, and final balances) will be as specified on the Site or in a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise expressly stated in such agreement, payments for one-time services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If payment is declined, reversed, or not successfully processed, we may suspend or delay performance of services until payment is received in full.
c. Recurring Subscriptions
If you enroll in a subscription-based service (e.g., monthly or annual plans), you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the interval disclosed at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually) until canceled.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided on the Site or by contacting us in writing. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund or credit for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon prior notice. Fee changes will take effect at the start of the next renewal term after notice is provided. Your continued use of the subscription after the fee change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
d. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the charge date. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution may constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend access to services during the pendency of any payment dispute.
e. Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order, subscription, or transaction at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms, or payment processing errors. If a transaction is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund where required by law.
9. THIRD PARTY LINKS
The Site may include content, products, services, or links provided by third parties, including participating providers (“Members”) and other external partners. These links are offered solely for your convenience and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by Bike Store Assist.
We do not control or assume responsibility for the accuracy, availability, quality, or content of third-party websites or services, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding any materials, offerings, or business practices associated with such third parties. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of or reliance on third-party content or your participation in transactions with third-party websites.
When you access a third-party site via a link on our platform, you do so at your own risk. It is your responsibility to carefully review that third party’s terms of service, privacy policy, and other applicable terms before engaging in any transaction. All complaints, claims, or concerns regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the respective third-party provider.
10. USER SUBMITTED CONTENT
User Reviews, Comments, and Content Submissions
By submitting any content to Bike Store Assist—including but not limited to reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, proposals, photos, videos, or other materials—you grant Bike Store Assist a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, publish, edit, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media, for any purpose, without compensation or acknowledgment.
You acknowledge that any content you submit must not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights. You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable material, nor may you misrepresent your identity or the origin of your submission. Use of false email addresses or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences that may result from your submission. Bike Store Assist assumes no responsibility for user-submitted content and is not obligated to review, monitor, or respond to submissions. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, edit, or reject any content that we believe violates our Terms, applicable law, or community standards.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to do so. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bike Store Assist, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to your submitted content.

You agree not to use the Site or any of its content or services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or abusive purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, violating any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations; infringing upon the intellectual property or other legal rights of Retreats for Good or any third party; or engaging in behavior that is harassing, abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to others based on characteristics such as gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, national origin, age, or disability.
You also agree not to submit false or misleading information; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code; interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Site or its services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; collect or misuse the personal data of other users; use the Site for deceptive, exploitative, or fraudulent activities such as phishing or spamming; or post or share content that is obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Any attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of the Site or its associated networks is strictly prohibited. Retreats for Good reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Site or its services for any violation of these Terms.
13. RISKS
Risk of Loss
Bike Store Assist acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting Guests with third-party Hosts and affiliated service providers. We do not control or operate the Hosts listed on our Site. As such, we do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from your purchase or participation in activities, products, or services offered by third-party websites, vendors, or Hosts. All risks associated with those transactions, including non-performance or service issues, rest solely with you and the respective provider.
When you are redirected to a third-party site or vendor through a link on our Site, the terms, conditions, and risk of loss policies of that third party will apply. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, security, or reliability of third-party services, and Bike Store Assist is not responsible for fulfilling, refunding, or resolving disputes related to those services.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and all related services, content, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, or that any information obtained through the Site will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bike Store Assist and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representations regarding the quality, availability, or reliability of any third-party services or content accessed through the Site.
In no event shall Bike Store Assist be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages—including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses—arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any services provided through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bike Store Assist, including its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site or its services; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
By using the Site, you further release Bike Store Assist from any and all claims, demands, obligations, disputes, damages (whether actual or consequential), losses, costs, or causes of action—known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected—arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Site or services offered through it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any rights or protections that may limit the scope of this release.
16. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site or its services after any updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of the Terms of Service will always be available on this page.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from the Terms. The remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by either you or Bike Store Assist. You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing use of the Site and notifying us of your intent to discontinue use. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the termination date. We reserve the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies in response to a violation of these Terms, including account suspension or permanent removal. Failure by Bike Store Assist to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other provision. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features, services, or content on the Site at any time without notice.
17. APPLICABLE LAW
You agree that these Terms and any dispute arising between you and Bike Store Assist shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
